This is a very individual requirement. If you are undertaking significant training and metabolic conditioning we would suggest you could have one every 12 weeks to track the change. If this is not the case, and you are only trying to establish your calorie requirements, we would suggest a test every 12 months to ensure you stay on track with keeping your metabolism super charged.
